New Contents Processing Breakthroughs
The RA’s new productivity standards evolved over an extended period of time. From pack-out to pack-back every segment of the contents restoration process was analyzed and restructured. Time studies were conducted, steps were counted and inefficiencies eliminated. Extensive field-testing was required in order to develop the essential tools, procedures and protocols required to achieve our productivity objectives. Attention was also directed at facility design and work area layouts that enhanced the flow of production while eliminating bottlenecks. These efforts yielded New Organizational and Productivity Strategies, that when properly implemented, substantially increases contents division profitability.
